CHUCK!! THIS TREE IS TERRIBLE!! I think you accomplished your goal, I saw the thumbnail and thought, "wow, that looks just like the animation". The only thing I can think that might help it more is a noise effect? That way it looks older. Either way, you did a great job! Very nice.
